Join us for a beautiful Fall Sunset Sips and Talks event! Our Functional Medicine expert Dr Rao will be discussing circadian biology and the profound changes you can incorporate into your day to improve your health and how you age.

We’ll explore how simple daily habits can restore balance, reduce stress, and boost vitality. Join us to learn accessible, science-informed ways to reconnect with nature and bring more clarity, calm, and energy into your everyday life.

You will also be putting together your own mini healthy charcuterie board while sipping some healthy elixirs and sampling some organic, gluten free food!

Importance of Physical Movement for health and mental well being!

12 PM to 3 PM

Come and stimulate your happiness endorphins as we kick off our Spring Sunday afternoon with some nutritious high-energy snacks and drinks under the glorious cherry blossoms. This will be followed by our dance workshop for all levels, talks on the importance of protein in our diet and a demo on making your own protein powder at home with samplers to take back!

Ending with an organic, gluten free and protein rich lunch!

Live presentation and Q & A session by Dr. Jyothi Rao on an “In Depth look at Hormones and their role in Perimenopause and Menopause - Part I”.

Discussion on foods that are good for liver and hormone metabolism.

Live demonstration on making fresh sprouts and a rainbow superfood salad and a take home sprout making kit for all attendees.

Ending with a home made organic gluten free meal.
